Trina Capelli, M.D.
Program Management
Trina is a second-generation Afghan American and is currently a resident surgeon. Trina earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Beloit College, Masters in Medical Physiology from Medical College of Wisconsin, and her Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University. Trina has had a long-standing passion for medicine and plans to pursue a career in general surgery and surgical breast oncology.
Trina oversees all FEDAA’s programs to ensure activities between multiple projects are coordinated and that Foundation initiatives stay on schedule, on budget, and deliver success.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and cooking dishes inspired by her travels.
